As part of the 2011 American Library Association's Teen Read Week: Picture It @ Your Library, Rebecca will present by podcast on the art of visualizing a story.

Rebecca will be a guest author/illustrator at the 2011 Virginia Educational Media Association (VEMA) annual conference at the Library of Virginia in Richmond, VA.

As part of the 50th Anniversary and Holiday Celebration at Frying Pan Farm Park, Rebecca will sign copies of Only Cows Allowed from 1:00pm - 3:00pm on December 3, 2011 in Herndon, VA.

Rebecca was a featured speaker at the Children's Book-Fair-by-the-Sea,
along with Chris Van Dusen and Melissa Sweet.
Rebecca read to audiences on board the Amtrak, Maine Eastern,
Boothbay Railway, and Wiscasset trains.
Kids especially enjoyed the surprise visit from the story's conductor,
played by Rebecca's husband.
